Cullompton site progress

Next up in our series of site progress updates is Devonshire Homes' site in Cullompton.

Our involvement on this project goes back to 2012, and over the last six years we have helped secure planning permission for this development of 120 dwellings before undertaking the detailed infrastructure design to obtain Technical Approvals from DCC and SWW.

Earlier this year, we were delighted to see this scheme win the Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development awards at the LABC South West Awards. 

The scheme is nearing completion on site and is looking good, as can be seen from the photos above.
