Exeter Business Park

We were appointed by Grenadier Estates to help them secure planning permission for a new 60,000 ft2 office block on Exeter Business Park.

We worked closely with LHC Architects to support an outline planning application for B1 office space on a serviced site immediately South of Oxygen House on Exeter Business Park.

We provided engineering input into the developing masterplan and prepared a Transport Statement and Foul and Surface Water Drainage Strategies to support the outline application.

Exeter City Council granted planning permission in 2017.
