Exeter College Apprentice and Employer Awards 2024

On Friday evening we attended the The Exeter College Apprentice and Employer Awards 2024 (#execollproud) and were thrilled to win the Small Employer of the Year Award!

Almost half of our team of 42 have come through our apprenticeship programme and they form the bedrock of our business. This has allowed us to grow organically over the last 11 years with a great pipeline of local talent. We are therefore very grateful for the support we get from Exeter College (Exeter College Apprenticeships) and the relationships we have forged with them.

Thanks again Exeter College for a great evening and we are excited to be welcoming another three apprentices into our business next month!
