We're recruiting . . . again. In response to an increasing workload, we are looking for two Junior Technicians to join our growing team. There are more details of the roles and how to apply on our Recruitmentpage. 

Over the last month we've updated our website with a few more project case studies. Follow these links to read further details of our work on the conversion of the Grade II listed former Belmont Hospitalin Tiverton and our latest work onPoundbury. We'll look to add a few more project case studies over the next few months.

One of the projects we've been working on recently is an outline application for a residential development in North Devon. We particularly liked the hand drawing that the project masterplanners Clifton Emery Design prepared, so we've included it as this month's image, above.

We've just submitted a detailed planning application for a new access road off the A361 Portmore roundabout at Barnstaple to serve a 2.8ha Innovation Park. This will provide an injection of £280m into the local economy and be one of the largest passivhaus mixed use developments in Europe. We are excited to be working on this project and are looking forward to working with various developers in bringing forward reserved matters planning applications on the development in the future.

So in summary, we've had an excellent start to the year with a number of new instructions, a number of planning permissions and a number of technical approvals to enable construction works to start on site. Busy times . . . which takes us back to the recruitment.
