Hill Barton Business Park estate road opens

We were pleased to see the Hill Barton Business Parkestate road recently opened.

We have worked on various elements of the design of the Business Park over the last few years. Our team, led by Chris, have prepared Flood Risk Assessmentsand drainage strategies for a number of the commercial units to help secure planning permissions. We have also helped discharge a number of planning conditions, undertaken the highway designfor the estate road and most recently designed the external works for the last of the commercial units to be constructed.

It will take a while for the landscaping to establish, but the Business Park is already looking good and all of the units seem to be busy.
