Hill Barton Business Park

East Devon

In 2014 we were appointed by Stuart Properties to design the access road for the next phase of the Hill Barton Business Park. We prepared highway and drainage designs for 120m of spine road providing access into the next two serviced plots on this Business Park to the east of Exeter.

We were subsequently appointed in 2015 to undertake a review of the FRA prepared for the whole Business Park and prepare new surface water drainage strategies to serve a number of the plots as they have come forward for delivery. The first of these surface water strategies, updated to reflect the revised end uses, was submitted as part of a Reserved Matters application which was approved by East Devon District Council.

In 2016 we were appointed to design the final stage of the access road and prepare drainage strategies for the last two serviced plots to complete this rapidly growing Business Park.

Chris led our team working on the planning and infrastructure design of this scheme.
