Nansledan wins UK Property Award

We were delighted to hear that Nansledan, a new urban extension to Newquay in Cornwall, has been awarded the 5-star award for Architecture Multiple Residence category for South West England at the 2019 UK Property Awards.

The UK Property Awards were presented at an event in London on 24th October 2019.

Pete leads our team working for a consortium of developers comprising CG Fry, Morrish Builders and Wainhomes (SW) Holdings providing engineering input into this groundbreaking scheme. Pete's principal role has been overseeing the detailed design of phases of the scheme as well as coordinating technical matters for various planning applications.

We've worked closely with the Duchy of Cornwall, the three regional housebuilders and ADAM architecture on this multi-award winning scheme since the inception of AWP in 2012.
