New Costa Coffee Drive Thru

Planning permission has recently been granted for a proposed new Costa Coffee Drive Thru on Pynes Hill Business Park, Exeter. 

We were appointed by Wesleyan Assurance to provide transport and drainage input to meet Devon County Council's requirements. Daisy led our team working on this project.

The new coffee shop will provide a much needed amenity for the wider business park, including us, as our office is only a few minutes away.

Exeter City Council granted planning permission in March 2020.
