New Starters – January 2022

New Year, new job. AWP are delighted to welcome four new staff members to the team.

Lilli-May Webb joins AWP as Operations Manager. Lilli was formerly a company secretary for a local recruitment company. She is excited to get to know everyone at AWP and to grow with the company.

Cat Grindle joins Alex’s Transport team as a Principal Transport Planner. Cat brings with her 20 years’ experience in transport planning having worked on variety of schemes across the UK.

Verity Saunders joins Chris’s Flood Risk team as an Apprentice Technician. Verity will be completing her Level 3 Apprenticeship with Exeter College and we look forward to supporting her along that journey.

James Blyth also join's Chris' team with over 19 years' experience in a variety of disciplines including flood risk and drainage, transport and infrastructure design. His experience includes civil and structural engineering design at all stages alongside project and asset management.
