Ottery St Mary site progress

With such good weather, it seems like a good excuse to get out the AWP camera and catch up on progress on a few local sites. First up its Ottery St Mary, where Acorn are making good progress on their Otters Holt scheme, as can be seen from the first two photos above.

We initally helped Churchill Property Group secure planning permission for this site back in 2012, and since then we've worked on various elements as the overall scheme has been split into four separate sites. We undertook the detailed infrastructure design and secured S38 and S104 Technical Approvals for the 33 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses that Acorn are currently constructing. We think the new cottages facing onto Mill Street look particularly impressive.

It was also good to see work underway for the conversion of the listed Otter Mills building (3rd photo above). We look forward to seeing this building redeveloped over the forthcoming months.
