Planning approval for Clennon Valley Green Link

We were delighted to hear that Torbay Council's Planning Committee approved a new pedestrian and cycle link through the Clennon Valley in Paignton we've recently been working on with LHC Design on behalf of Torbay Council.
The Clennon Valley Green Link is part of a wider strategy to improve sustainable transport links across Torbay and help people to connect with nature. We undertook an FRA to support the planning application.
The proposed scheme will create a shared path along the Clennon Valley on much flatter gradients than the existing routes, making this an attractive and sustainable route to the coast. Residents of the AWP-designed Yannons Farm residential development or the neighbouring Devonshire Park mixed-use scheme will be able to walk or cycle through the valley to the coast, where they could end up at another AWP scheme at the recently opened Harbour Light Restaurant overlooking the harbour. We're glad to have assisted on such a number of complimentary developments across Paignton over the last few years.
