Planning permission for Challabrook

We were particularly pleased to hear that Teignbridge District Council had granted planning permission for Rule Five's hybrid application at Bovey Tracey. We have helped Guy on this project for a number of years, from its initial allocation, through the Development Framework Plan and now to help secure its planning permission.

We undertook a Transport Assessment and site-specific Flood Risk Assessment along with preliminary highway design work to support a hybrid planning application for a mixed-use development of 156 residential dwellings, 12 self-build dwellings and 1ha of employment land.

We are pleased to be continuing our involvement in the delivery of this much needed housing by undertaking the detailed infrastructure design for Devonshire Homes who will be constructing the first phase of this scheme.
