Planning permission for Summerfield Homes

We were delighted to see Somerset West and Taunton council grant planning permission for a scheme of 23 new dwellings including 5 affordable units on land off Taunton Road, Wellington earlier this week.
We were appointed by Summerfield Homes to prepare a Transport Statement and a Flood Risk Assessment to support the detailed planning application. Chris led our team in undertaking this work which included a challenge to the Environment Agency over the accuracy of their flood zone mapping.
Rodin's team have subsequentlly undertaken the S38 and S104 detailed infrastructure design work to enable Summerfield to start construction works on site.
