Planning permission in Derbyshire

Yes, this one was a little outside of our normal working area, but we were pleased to see that Derbyshire Dales District Council recently granted planning permission for a small development of nine dwellings in Ashbourne.

We prepared a Flood Risk Assessment and a Transport Statement and worked closely with Devon based architetcs OCRA to support the outline application.
