Planning permission secured for latest phase of Hitchcocks Business Park

Over the last few years, we have worked with Richard Persey and his team at Hitchcocks Business Parkto help secure a series of planning permissions. Most recently Chris, has undertaken the design of a larger improved SuDS attenuation pond which will serve the whole of the Business Park.

The attenuation pond has been designed in accordance with the SuDS Manual and offer wider bio-diversity benefits in addition to managing the flow and quality of the surface water runoff from the expanding Business Park.

We look forward to working with Richard and his team over the coming months in completing the design of the rest of this successful Business Park.
