Site progress at Mere, Wiltshire

We stopped off in Wiltshire on the way to a project meeting in Hampshire last week and were impressed by the way the CG Fry development in Mere is taking shape.  

Our involvement here started when we helped secure planning permission and worked closely with the ecologists to design a new pond and habitat for the great crested newts found in the area. Since then we have undertaken the full infrastructure design works including S38 and S104 approvals for the two phases including some complicated offsite sewer requisitions.

It's good to see residents have already moved into the first houses and we look forward to seeing the completed scheme.
