Another planning submission for Backhouse

We were pleased to assist Backhouse with their third planning application, having previously undertaken the engineering works for their first two schemes at Castle Cary and Westbury. 

We prepared a Transport Statement and Flood Risk Assessment to support this detailed planning application for 21 new houses in Calne, Wiltshire, this time working closely with Clifton Emery Design. CED developed a suite of bespoke 'hub' houses as illustrated in the 2nd image above.

We are really impressed by the quality of the designs for Backhouse's developments and look forward to seeing them delivered over the forthcoming months.
