Calne development shortlisted for 2019 Housing Design Awards

We were delighted to see that Backhouse's Sandpit Road scheme in Calne has been shortlisted for this year's Housing Design Awards.

We worked closely with project architects, Clifton Emery design, to develop an attractive layout for this small scheme of 21 new homes around a shared surface street. 

To date we have helped secure planning permissions for Backhouse's first three sites and undertaken their detailed infrastructure design securing the required Technical Approvals to enable construction work to start on site.
