Exeter student accommodation block nears completion

In between the showers this weekend, we took this progress update photo of the new student accommodation block being built on the old Radmore and Tucker site in Frog St, Exeter.
We helped secure planning permission for this 98-bed student accommodation block on this brownfield site back in 2016.
This is one of many student accommodation blocks (click on images below for other examples) we have worked on around Exeter over the last few years. The growth and success of the University are very important to Exeter's success. As a result, there is a growing need for new purpose-built student accommodation in Exeter to accommodate the increasing number of students which, in turn, is helping to free up local residential housing from student landlords.
