Nansledan announced as finalist in Civic Trust 2021 regional awards

19/11/20

We were delighted to hear that Nansledan has been selected as a regional finalist for next year's Civic Trust awards.

Nansledan is an urban extension of Newquay currently being built on 540 acres of land owned by the Duchy of Cornwall. The development will eventually accommodate 4,000 dwellings, employment uses, church, school, a new high street and food retail as well as other mixed uses.

We have been working with landowner (Duchy of Cornwall) lead architect (ADAM Architecture) and all three regional housebuilders (Wainhomes, CG Fry and Morrish Homes) since the start of this regionally significant project. Along the way it has won many awards and we look forward to hearing the announcement of the Civic Trust awards early next year.
