Nansledan shortlisted for regional RIBA award

We were pleased to hear that the new housing at Nansledan, Newquay has been shortlisted for RIBA South West regional award. We have worked closely with all the architects designing this urban extension of Newquay from the initial strategic masterplanning phase through to the current detailed design phase. 

We are currently undertaking the detailed infrastructure design for all three regional housebuilders building the new homes and are providing engineering input into planning applications on behalf of the Duchy of Cornwall for the next phases. We very much look forward to seeing the urban extension grow over the next few years into what is becoming an exemplar of sustainable development.
