Planning Appeal success in Cornwall

We were very pleased to see the Inspector grant planning permission for a new development of 189 dwellings in Par, Cornwall.

We have been working with long-standing client Wainhomes on this site for some time. Despite officers' recommendation for approval, the original planning application was initially refused. Ianpresented evidence on transport, flood risk and drainage matters at the Inquiry with Sasha White QC, and was supported by Chrisin securing the technical support from the Environment Agency and Cornwall Council as the Lead Local Flood Authority.

We look forward to undertaking the detailed infrastructure design to help Wainhomes deliver this much needed new housing in Cornwall.
