Planning application submitted for Shepton Mallet

We were pleased to see that the outline planning application for a new mixed-use development in Shepton Mallet was recently submitted.
The new mixed-use neighbourhood will comprise around 600 residential units, care home provision, land for a new primary school, a new local centre, open space and the relocation of the Mid-Somerset show ground.
Rob and Alex led our input on this project and attended a series of consultation events and “BIMBY” workshops facilitated by The Prince's Foundation with members of the public and local stakeholders.
This is the latest in a long line of projects where we have assisted CG Fry either with supporting planning applications or by undertaking the detailed infrastructure design.
