Planning permission for Phase 2 of Hitchcock's Business Park

We were delighted to hear that Mid Devon District Council granted consent for the latest phase of Hitchcock's Business Park. The proposed commercial units are a mixture of various sizes of B1, B2 and B8 uses including 5 smaller starter units to meet local demand.

We undertook our normal suite of engineering work (Flood Risk Assessment, Utilities and Transport) to support this full application.
