Planning permission in East Devon

We were pleased to see that Salter Property's planning application for 10 new dwellings in Lympstone was recently approved by East Devon District Council.

We worked closely with the client team including Hilton Barnfield Architects to prepare a design that is sensitive to the constraints posed by this village on the banks of the Exe Estuary. We prepared a Transport Statement and Flood Risk Note to support the application on a brownfield site in the middle of the village. Dan led our team working on this project and his Infrastructure Design team also prepared preliminary highway and drainage layouts, along with a new Church carpark to help secure this planning permission.
