St John Square, Poundbury wins LABC South West Award

We were delighted to see that St John Square in Poundbury was chosen as the "Best small new housing development" at the recent LABC South West Awards.

Dan led our team undertaking the infrastructure design for this challenging small phase of Poundbury for Zero C, which is now part of Places for People. 

We have worked on various phases of Poundbury since we set up AWP back in 2012, and it is good to see projects like this being recognised by the LABC. As a regional winner, St John Square automatically goes into the LABC Grand Finals which will be held in London on Friday 8 November 2019. Fingers crossed.
