National Apprenticeship Awards 2017

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully been shortlisted for the regional finals for 'Employer of the Year' at the National Apprenticeship Awards 2017.
Following the recommendation from our training provider, Exeter College, we entered the National Apprenticeship Awards 2017. The awards website says:
'The National Apprenticeship Awards, now in their fourteenth year, showcase the diverse range of sectors engaged with apprenticeships and celebrate outstanding apprentices and brilliant employers.
Hosted by the National Apprenticeship Service, the awards recognise excellence in businesses that grow their own talent with apprenticeships and apprentices who have made a significant contribution to their workplaces. They provide businesses and individuals with a platform to showcase how apprenticeships have made a real difference to their organisation and their careers.'
We like to think that, with each of our five teams now including an apprentice, we fulfil much of this criteria, growing our own talent as far as possible and supporting the careers of these budding young engineers.
The awards ceremony is in October so watch this space!
