We were appointed by Wesleyan Assurance Society to undertake the civil engineering work to support a planning application for a proposed new Costa Coffee Drive Thru on Pynes Hill Business Park, Exeter. 

We provided transport and drainage input to meet Devon County Council's requirements. Daisy led our team working on this project.

The new coffee shop will provide a much needed amenity for the wider business park.

Exeter City Council granted planning permission in March 2020.
