Another planning permission in East Devon

East Devon District Council also recently granted outline planning approval for a small residential development in the grounds of Southbrook House, Cranbrook.

We prepared technical reports addressing flood risk and drainage, transport and utilities to serve this infill development of nine houses within the wider Cranbrook masterplan. We worked closely with Grainge Architects and Bell Cornwell to help secure this planning permission for our mutual client.
