Clyst St Mary

We were initially appointed by Cavanna Homes to work on a Reserved Matters Application for their Greenspire development at Clyst St Mary.

Working closely with project architect LHC, we undertook our normal suite of engineering input to help secure full planning permission for the 80 home development. We were subsequently appointed to undertake the detailed infrastructure design and secured S104 drainage and S38 highway design Technical Approvals from South West Water and Devon County Council respectively. Rodin led our team undertaking the detailed design work.

Cavanna completed this development early in 2019.
