Planning Appeal success

At the end of last year Ian gave evidence at an Appeal against the refusal of planning permission for a site in North Devon. The Inspector has just announced that he has found in favour of the Appeal.
We undertook our normal suite of pre-planning engineering services (Transport Statement, Flood Risk Assessment, Foul Drainage Strategy, attendance at Public Consultation event) to support Cavanna Homes' outline planning application for a residential development of up to 61 dwellings at Muddlebridge, Bickington.
Following North Devon Council's refusal of the application, Ian prepared a proof of evidence to support the Appeal and then gave evidence at the Inquiry in Barnstaple.
We're pleased to see the Inspector's decision and look forward to helping Cavanna Homes deliver this much needed new housing in North Devon.
