Poundbury North East Quadrant

We've worked on Poundbury since the inception of AWP back in 2012. Over that time we've worked closely with the landowner, the project architects and the housebuilders to design the infrastructure for many hundreds of houses including the recently completed Hayward Square in the North East Quadrant. 

Not very long ago this was CG Fry's site compound, but now its been transformed into this beautiful square. Its great to see the designs come to fruition and we look forward to helping the Duchy, CG Fry, Morrish and ZeroC complete Poundbury over the next few years.
