Tews Lane

Barnstaple

We were appointed by long-standing client Cavanna Homes to undertake the detailed infrastructure design for their Tews Lane development in Barnstaple.

The development is a mix of 86, one, two, three, four and five bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached properties, each with dedicated parking.  

We secured S38 highways and S104 drainage Technical Approvals from Devon County Council and South West Water respectively to enable Cavanna's site team to start construction works. Rodin led our design team working on this project building on his relationship with the Cavanna team having previously undertaken the infrastructure design of their Clyst St Mary and Paignton schemes.
