We were appointed by South West Strategic Developments to support an outline planning application for a mixed-use development of 225 houses, a GP surgery, a community hall and an element of employment space on a greenfield site on the eastern edge of Bude, Cornwall.

Working closely with the project team, we undertook a Flood Risk Assessment, Transport Assessment, Utilities Strategy and prepared technical chapters for the Environmental Statement.

Cornwall Council granted outline planning permission in 2016.

We have subsequently been appointed by Cavanna Homes to undertake the engineering work for a Reserved Matters Application.
