Exeter Golf and Country Club recently opened their Topsham Golf Academy.

Working with Kirkham Board Associates, the Golf Club's project managers, we prepared a sustainable drainage plan designed in accordance with the SuDS Manual. We also prepared a Drainage Maintenance Plan developed to secure the long-term operation and functionality of the soakaway features.

We liaised with Devon County Council as the Lead Local Flood Authority to secure their approval of the design and long term maintenance plan.
