Following a competitive tendering process we were appointed by Helston Garages Group to undertake a site-specific Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) to support a detailed planning application for a new Skoda showroom and servicing garage in Marsh Barton, Exeter.

We liaised with South West Water and the Environment Agency in preparing foul and surface water strategies for this new commercial development which is located in the high risk flood zone 3 along with much of the Marsh Barton Industrial Estate.

Planning Permission was granted by Exeter City Council early in 2015 and the new showroom opened for trading late in 2015.
